Very unique small space that doesn't feel cramped for two people. The bed was comfortable, there was plenty of hot water and pressure in the shower, the tiny kitchen was equipped with nicer things than many other larger places we have stayed. It was nice to be in the old town and be in a modernized apartment that preserved some of the old feeling without sacrificing comfort.
I would have liked a milk frother but that is reaching because I can't complain about anything.

It is a studio flat inside an iconic 14th-century building in a medieval part of the town, on the hill behind the Villa d’este graden in an area of alleys and steps and therefore no cars. The flat itself is as one might expect on the ground floor of such a building. It is small in square meterage, but does not feel confined. It has been designed with thought and taste. It has a small bathroom which actually works well (except perhaps for the morbidly obese). It has a small kitchen contained in an old wardrobe. It is peaceful and quirky in its nooks and crannies. The host provides a selection of wines in the flat that one can purchase, and appears thoughtful and attentive. It was a pleasure to stay there.

This historic apartment is in the old town. It is very quaint and comfortable. The bathroom is small but not as small as standard Japanese bathrooms and it has everything you need. Aircon works well. Breakfast is provided and if you want to cook you can but there are so many great restaurants that why bother. It is very quiet and close to parking if you arrive by car.
Alessandro responds to messages promptly and helps with any queries.
Tivoli is a beautiful town with many historical sites and beautiful gardens.
