The view can't be beat. It had a well stocked kitchen, had laundry facilities. Nice basement game and TV room.
It's very dated. the carpet is definitely old (but clean)
Cobwebs in upper windows. The main bathroom sink was half clogged, and the stopper was moldy

Location and beautiful view.
The carpet was absolutely filthy, the upstairs bed had sand in the sheets and the upstairs bathroom needed light bulbs changed.
