Great location. Thought of everything inside. Even got a brolly by the door.

The room was large and bright, clean, cosy. There was everything you needed. The kitchen was big and well equipped. The bathroom was lovely, with shower cubicle.
Also there was parking.

Great messaging from host/owner. Lovely clean and well equipped studio type apartment. Quiet location. Ample parking.
Not in centre of Hay-on-Wye but not a long walk either. Enjoyed our one night stay.

1. The property is on the ground floor.
2. The property has private parking.
1. The mattress of the sofa-bed needs a replacement badly. It has lost all consistency and it is very uncomfortable. Other than that, it is a good sleeping solution for such a tiny apartment.
2. The kitchen needs some permanent humidifiers as we found mold in several kitchen tools. Perhaps it requires a deep cleaning, too.
