Excellent location close to the town and wonderful dog walks. Superb comfortable house with everything you would need.
It needed a good spring clean...cobwebs in the corners and rubbish under the beds...attention to detail was lacking in the cleanliness dept.

Lovely property looking over the river and close to everything in Hay! Loved the Farmers all over wash and bought some from the shop in town!
