I have traveled across more than ten countries in Europe this past month, and this hostel in Denmark was the most cramped and uncomfortable place I stayed.1. The 6-bed dorm room is extremely small. When all beds are occupied, there is barely space to walk, no place to sit, and almost nowhere to put your belongings.2. The beds are designed like capsules, which leaves very little usable space. The power outlets are installed on the ceiling, which is very inconvenient.3. The ground floor is very noisy. Even after 10 PM, there was loud bass music, which made it hard to rest.4. There is no hostel atmosphere at all. I stayed for four days and didn’t talk to any roommates. It feels more like a temporary overnight stop than a hostel.5. The common area on the ground floor was messy. This was the most disorganized hostel lobby I’ve seen.6. I was surprised that you have to pay to enter the shared kitchen.7. Because the space is so cramped, cleanliness is not great. Every time someone moves, you can see dust floating in the air.8. The price was around *** per night, which was the most expensive hostel during my Europe trip, but I didn’t feel it was worth *** per night.Overall, I regret staying here. I think a rating around 6–7 out of 10 would be more reasonable.

We stayed at Next House Copenhagen for 2 nights as a group of three, and overall it was a great experience.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a private triple room, which was comfortable and perfect for us. The price was also really good for the quality - definitely great value for money.
The downside, in my opinion, was the bathroom door in the room. The toilet itself is private, but the door is not very well designed - it’s more of a sliding glass door, which doesn’t fully close or provide much sound insulation. I would definitely prefer a proper solid door for better privacy 😅 Also the room was not cleaned when we came, trash was still in the trash bags and there were used plastic cups in the shelves. Also asked for vacuum cleaner, unfortunately they couldn’t not support us (for vacuum bags).
Other than that, everything was excellent - would still recommend this place!

Good for short stay but might be challenging for longer stay. The staff is not as warm and friendly. Check in process a bit of hiccup at self service station. No train station nearby but walking distance approximately 15 mins to the down town.
