Amazing location, right next to Käthe Wohlfahrt, beautiful room with a large bathroom, amazing breakfast with anything you can think of and I highly recommend the in house restaurant for dinner.
The beds, a bit too hard and short for me. They weren’t too comfortable, but we could sleep. That’s the only thing that wasn’t perfect though.

We loved that the historical building was maintained so well. The location was absolutely perfect.
No elevator ( but considering our previous comment, an elevator probably wouldn’t work.

I like the hotel location and building.
The reception service was very disappointing. The staff were unfriendly and not helpful. We asked about parking and transport earlier but received no response. The reception did not explain anything and ignored our request . The booking platform , like we were communicating with an automated system, is not a real person.
