Everything was fine, clean and very cozy. Very nice and friendly staff, they have guide-instruction in different languages (Ukrainian also, that’s touching and surprising).
The only thing I would add is kettle and glasses to the room, but it’s not so crucial.

The Hotel decoration, The location, the restuarant and the breakfast.
The checkin is only until 18.00, if you arrive after that would need quite a lot of discussion.
the toilet in the room does not smell great.

The view was amazing. We got a 2nd floor balcony with a beautiful Mountain view. The room was a little outdated but cute. The restaurant was so good. All the food was delicious & it was very cozy & clean. The main town inside the wall was about a 10 min drive, not bad.
The server at the restaurant was a very nice gentleman but did not speak much English, but we communicated just fine. Some of the staff did not speak English, but that’s ok. The parking is limited so we had to park further than we wanted but we managed ok.
