Amplasarea apartamentului,terasa.Rasaritul este spectaculos.
Apartamentul este dotat cu tot ce este necesar,proprietarul a aprovizionat cu apa,paine,dulciuri,suc,vin,cafea,unt si dulceata.

Въпреки, че пристигнахме по-рано от обявеното, домакинът дойде и ни даде ключовете, показа ни апартамента, разказа за близките заведения. Много богато кухненско оборудване. Много добре обзаведени стаи. Прекрасна гледка към морето. Тераса с голяма маса и столове. Непосредствено до плажа. На пеше разстояие от заведения и магазини. Напълно оборудвана медицинска аптечка в банята. Вътрешен двор, в който може да се паркира автомобил. Наличие на комарници, щори, капац на всички прозорци.
Терасата е точно над заведения и може да шумно до полунощ, но прозорците добре изолират шума.
Пясъкът е добре, но дъното започва с камениста ивица.
Наличие на стълби до втори етаж.

We got everything we needed and even more. We enjoyed our stay at Sun and Sea apartment.
We even got as a present some wine, water, bread, butter and jams for the breakfast.
The view is a bonus.
Thank you.
A bit noisy in the area at night, but If you close the doors to the balcony and turn on the AC, you won't hear a thing.

Location of the apartment was excelent for Nea Peramos. The view from the terrace was great. The apartment was equiped with everything you might need (or think about). The host left some wine, water, bread and other welcome gifts for us which was great.
