The location is very convenient. Walking distance: 5 minutes to Central Train station, 15 minutes to the center of the city. Plenty of food stores, different shops and restaurants nearby.
Noisy. Very. Especially in the morning. A bed mattress could be better (if you are a big and heavy person - you will suffer)

The apartment matched the photos. There was plenty of kitchenware and tableware, spare bed linen and towels. The studio was quite cosy. It was not noisy despite the kindergarten right under the apartment or construction works nearby. There was the internet and it worked well enough.
The elevator leads right to the apartment.
It is accessible for a normal size baby stroller.
When you turn on the shower, the water also goes through the main tap and it’s difficult to make it stop. You can still take a shower normally but it’s quite a waste of water — this note is more for the owner.
I had to finish the laundry for the owner — the tumble dryer was full of dry bed linen, towels etc.
The intercom works, but there's no point in it, because it opens only first of two entry doors.

La ubicación era lo mejor. Muy cerca de la estación central. También tiene buena calefacción.
La limpieza era escasa y en especial en el baño. Había una mancha amarilla gigante en la ducha, la puerta estaba amarilla también. Los azulejos algunos tenían pelos. Y en general el estudio no estaba muy limpio.
