La posizione è il vero punto di forza: la struttura si trova fuori dal centro, ma è collegata in modo eccellente. A soli 5 minuti a piedi si trova la fermata dell'autobus che porta rapidamente in centro città e, da lì, è semplicissimo raggiungere l'aeroporto. Ottima la copertura dei mezzi anche nelle ore notturne. Nonostante la reception non sia fisica, l'assistenza telefonica è stata rapida e risolutiva quando abbiamo riscontrato problemi all'arrivo. A causa di un errore di assegnazione delle stanze, abbiamo ricevuto un upgrade gratuito passando da una camera con bagno condiviso a una con bagno privato. Il bagno era molto pulito e la camera, nel complesso, aveva un arredamento molto bello e curato.
L'edificio è piuttosto datato e il sistema di ingresso è decisamente poco intuitivo; il codice è difficile da capire e abbiamo dovuto chiamare l'assistenza per riuscire a entrare. La gestione delle stanze è confusionaria: al nostro arrivo la camera assegnata era già occupata da altri ospiti che avevano sbagliato porta, probabilmente a causa del fatto che le stanze vengono lasciate aperte dopo il check-in. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia generale della camera, non era impeccabile; nulla di eccessivamente grave, ma sicuramente si potrebbe fare di meglio per garantire uno standard più alto.

Good location. It looks out of town on the map, but it's actually less than 10 minutes' bus ride from the historical city centre, or a nice 30 minute walk. The location is quiet, surrounded by nature. We were on top floor and our main disturbance were birds chirping in the morning. The top floor has only two studios and luckily our neighbours were quiet.
Price was OK for Luxembourg City. Check-in process was smooth and straightforward.
The place is quite clean and well maintained. It was warm at night (start of April with outside night temperatures around 2-5 °C)
The kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, pots, bowls, plates, cutleries and a stove, so you can cook simple meals.
The bathroom needs improvements. Sink was extremely small. There was literally ZERO space to put things or hang towels - no hangers, no shelves, no rails etc. A pair of cheap IKEA door hangers costs less than €10 and it would make a big difference.
I found the pillows very uncomfortable. Soft and lumpy.

It was quiet, reachable by bus hassle free.
No proper ventilation in the bathroom. The duvet cover was slipping off. The bed is relatively small. Had to share our IDs with the host via WhatsApp, I understand the necessity but I would rather no share my personal IDs with anyone in a way that it can be stored permanently.

Close to the city centre, room was clean
Bathroom was a little less clean (mold in the cabin + limescale on the glass door), room was very basic, to get to bathroom & toilet you have to walk through shared hallway
