Great location and Wol is such a gentleman. So welcoming and professional serving a breakfast that is beyond words. Only advice is dont over order breakfast from the huge menu. It's all delicious but every serving is huge. Location was great for a 10 minute walk to the opera house with parking too

Everything about Kingscroft was perfect. My partner and I had tickets to a show at the Pavillion opera house which was a short walk away, which was why I booked Kingscroft. The room was just as the picture, a lovely four poster bed, spotless bathroom and a nice view. The bed was super comfy, there were lots of towels which was good and there was complimentary water and fruit. I had booked partly because of the reviews of the breakfast ( I didnt realise it was vegetarian.. I obviously hadn't read the description properly!) Oh my gosh... I have never seen such an extensive breakfast menu. You are literally spoiled for choice, even my carnivourous partner was happy. Word of advice, unless you are really hungry or have a large appetite go for smaller portions!
You literally do not want for anything at this b & b, I would't hesitate to recommend to friends and family.
