Arbanella Sea View, Terre Marine

The location was very close to the train station, to the beach, restaurants, and everything was just a breath away. You can hear the sound of the waves from the apartment, I got the full sunrise hello and the sunset calm, the wonderful smell of the food from the restaurants, waking-up to a quiet sound of locals converging about the weather, to watching excited tourists coming in from our windows… the authenticity of Cinque Terre was all around you staying in Arbanela. The views of the stunning Vernazza were all captured from our windows. Elena the host, she is fantastic! She made sure that tje apartment was ready for us. The bed and pillows were superb, very comfortable. She was always attentive to our questions and requests. We brought the Cinque Terre wine and some sweets she prepared for our arrival to Le Spezzia and we were very thankful because the apartment we stayed there didn’t have anything.

The flight of stairs was a huge effort for us, it was our fault though, we brought luggages full of shopping items we got from Florence.

The location was amazing, and the views from the living room windows were outstanding! The host Elena was extremely helpful in providing recommendations to nearby restaurants, assisting with booking parking and also fun things to do in the area. I highly recommend this beautiful apartment in the heart of charming Vernazza.

Location is amazing

Bathroom is small

We loved the location which was right in the middle of the main square. Really perfect and easy to find.

While the flat itself was generally clean, the bathroom was tiny, which isn't itself an issue, but there was no shower area other than foldable shower doors to make a little cubicle within the bathroom.. After showering, the whole bathroom wpild be soaked. But the biggest issue by far was that therr must have been a leak in the toilet as there was a constant smell of urine. Really disgusting. In addition, the toilet seat was completely broken and would slide around as you sat on it. See photos. Lastly, there was a smell of vomit where the kitchen bin was. We had to keep spraying air freshener to mask the smell.
