Vernazza Central Apartments

Appartamento davvero bellissimo, in pieno centro a Vernazza, affacciato direttamente sulla via principale del borgo. Posizione comodissima, vista molto bella e atmosfera autentica delle Cinque Terre. Camera pulita, ben sistemata, letto comodo e tutto funzionante. Per il prezzo pagato sinceramente uno dei migliori rapporti qualità/prezzo trovati in zona negli ultimi anni. Ma la cosa che mi ha lasciato davvero senza parole è successa appena arrivato. Una vicina della zona, appena ha capito dove alloggiavo, ha iniziato a raccontarmi che in questo appartamento ci sarebbero state cimici da letto, muffa e altri problemi inesistenti, cercando di convincermi a cancellare la prenotazione e andare a dormire da lei ad un prezzo “speciale”. Non solo: mi ha addirittura detto che, se avessi lasciato una recensione negativa a questa struttura, mi avrebbe fatto un ulteriore sconto di 30 €. Sinceramente sono rimasto sconcertato. Dopo aver soggiornato qui posso dire tranquillamente che era tutto falso. L’appartamento è tenuto bene, pulito e assolutamente normale. È evidente che alcuni nel vicinato stiano facendo una vera guerra contro host che non si adeguano ai prezzi gonfiati e al “cartello” che vorrebbero mantenere a Vernazza. Ed è un peccato, perché strutture così dovrebbero essere premiate, non ostacolate. Quindi il mio consiglio è semplice: prenotate qui senza problemi. Appartamento bellissimo, posizione perfetta e tutto funziona esattamente come dovrebbe.

Excellent stay. The location is amazing, with a beautiful view, the sea just a few meters away, and many bars and restaurants nearby. Despite being so close to everything, the room was very quiet and peaceful. I also really appreciated the affordable price. The automated system works very well and helps keep the price low: there is an intelligent assistant available 24/7 that answers any request and also gives useful recommendations about things to do in the area. Very convenient and efficient. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location, with the apartment just a few steps from the sea and right on the main street, offering a breathtaking view. The place was very clean and extremely well maintained. I especially appreciated the AI-powered assistance available at any time, throughout my entire trip in Italy, this was by far the best support experience I had.

We stayed in the apartment with the terrace on the third floor. The apartment itself is nice. It’s spacious and in a great location. We used the terrace a lot during our stay!

We would not stay in this apartment again. The only communication we had with the host was through an automated WhatsApp, which didn’t work. We weren’t able to ask any questions or get any help (the wifi wasn’t working while we were there) and we got stuck in a loop with the automated messages. It finally said we could talk to an operator 2-6pm on weekdays, but that wasn’t helpful because we checked in on a Saturday. We’re just glad we didn’t have any bigger issues because I’m not sure how we would have resolved it if we couldn’t get in touch with our host. Not to mention, it felt a bit creepy that we had no communication with any humans during our stay. We booked this apartment before the previous posts about bed bugs were submitted, and didn’t see those reviews until we checked in. We checked our bed for bed bugs and didn’t see any signs, and didn’t have any issues. Perhaps we were in a different room. It still is concerning that the host hasn’t provided a response to any of those complaints. Besides that, our only comments would be minor (not enough toilet paper, only two packets of body wash for 4 days, no cleaning supplies for dishes) and that wouldn’t have bothered us if we had a better experience with the host. I hope the host improves the experience because the apartment and location are so great!
