This is not a fancy hotel in which everything is superb and shiny. The reason why I rate it as excellent is the value for money. When you take that into consideration there's really nothing to complain about. Everything is decent and clean, breakfast is good. I would go back definitely.

The hotel is located in a nice area, near the train station, about 5 minutes of walking distance. It has a pretty spacious garage, and the rooms are well equipped. Breakfast was tasty and the staff were always super kind and helpful. We have really enjoyed our stay!
The breakfast buffet got pretty empty when there were plenty of guests. I’m not sure if there was a predefined refilling schedule, but it seemed like the plates could have been refilled a bit more regularly.

I liked the location, near the train station. Room was clean, bed very comfort, and breakfast very good. Staff at breakfast was very polite, they gave us more food when the plates where empty. They were kind and we will definitely come again when we visit Venice.
Maybe you could renovate the bathtub, just refresh it, to be more shiny.
