Nothing. But if you want to ski do check the season dates - Schmittenhöhe closes in the first week of April which caught us out as the Arietxpress is the closest lift. The ski bus to Kaprun was easy and not a problem though and we had glorious spring skiing.

Apartments were very clean, comfortable, modern and no noise from adjacent apartments. Facilities including spa and pool were excellent. Separate boot room in the apartment was a bonus and additional downstairs loo in addition to two en-suite bathrooms was very welcome (not clear on the apartment description). Additional facilities on site included bar and restaurant. Separate ski lockers were also great as were laundry facilities. The apartment was fairly central to the local restaurants, shops and train station - all 5minutes walking distance.
Nothing we didn't like - a few niggles only (eg Kick board in kitchen kept falling down, no spare pillows in bedrooms)

The property was fantastic. Great space, lovely sized rooms with en suites and waterfall showers, kitchen was perfectly equipped and the spa was fantastic. Location amazing, 5 minutes walk to the Areit Ski Lift, stunning views of the mountains from the apartments, and some great supermarkets nearby. Free parking right outside the doors to the building also a bonus.
The beds are very hard and need some extra mattress toppers to ease this/provide more comfort. Really disappointing given everything else at the property was absolutely amazing. If the beds are improved, we would definitely book again!

In general, the apartment is maintained well and clean.
We got a room next to a restaurant, a road, paking lots and upper gabage area.
We could not open the curtains and window during the whole stay and asked the hotel to change our room right away. However, it said that we had to keep the same room.
We paid for 1400 euros for 4 nights via Booking.com app 2 months in advance before we arrived at the hotel. But the room isn't worth staying and is not worth as 1400 euros.
We do not understand how the hotel assigned us for the cheapest level of rooms.
We were pleasant being in Zell am see. but the room is not satisfied.
