Spa Apartments - next to AreitXpress Liftstation

We chose to stay at this apartment for our three-generation family trip to Zell am See. Of course, we booked it because of the many excellent reviews — but after staying here, we realized they were all absolutely true! Tom was always kind and responsive, and this apartment is incredibly friendly for both children and pets. I can confidently say this was one of the best places to stay in Zell am See, Austria. Our children had a wonderful time playing in the outdoor swimming pool, and the location was perfect. The AreitXpress gondola is only a 10-minute walk away, so traveling with both kids and grandparents was easy and enjoyable. Kitzsteinhorn, with its breathtaking scenery, is only about 15 minutes away by car, and Sigmund-Thun Klamm is also nearby. Even the city center is just 5 minutes away! The biggest advantage of this accommodation is definitely the Summer Card — so many attractions and activities were included for free, which made our trip even more special. Tom, thank you once again for your kindness and hospitality. We will definitely come back again next time!

In general, the apartment is maintained well and clean.

We got a room next to a restaurant, a road, paking lots and upper gabage area. We could not open the curtains and window during the whole stay and asked the hotel to change our room right away. However, it said that we had to keep the same room. We paid for 1400 euros for 4 nights via Booking.com app 2 months in advance before we arrived at the hotel. But the room isn't worth staying and is not worth as 1400 euros. We do not understand how the hotel assigned us for the cheapest level of rooms. We were pleasant being in Zell am see. but the room is not satisfied.
