Breakfast was great although the toaster never worked. Liked the fruit choices and the bread was fresh. Crockery needs topping up more, never enough cups or saucers. The location of the hotel is excellent, five minutes to the beach. The hotel is very close to the main shops. The sea view was fabulous. The entertainment was fun. The food was really good, lots of fresh salads, fish, lots of chicken dishes!! and pretty cakes all well presented and clean.
Did not like people smoking at the food tables, perhaps there should be a smokers' corner. We booked this hotel as we thought it would be away from the clubbing bars/music until late which it was, but then found that the hotel itself played music until midnight (boring/old fashioned English tunes) even when there were only four people sitting in the bar area. Also there is a British bar next door that plays music until late anyway.
When we went to the beach area for guests, we were rudely told twice to move off the sunbeds - we did not know we had to sit on the black cushions! - it was difficult and the hotel sunbeds themselves were dirty and broken anyway. The beach area was generally dirty and smelt.
We did all inclusive but if there was any alcohol in those cocktails, I'd eat my sunhat...

We liked everything about this hotel!!! It was our friends first time here and we are writing this review for her because she told us she lovedddddd it, the staff was incredible and always available to help and talk with us, these are some of their names and the staff that stood out the most for her : Esen , Ömer the waiter anddd the barman , Ercan , Rana , Sibel, Emre and sooo many other people, Muhammed the receptionist was such a sweet and helpful guy , always with a smile on his face, we really hope to see all of the staff mentioned again next year!! The food was absolutely delicious and there were so many options everyday, you always had something to eat , different type of meat everyday and soo many desserts she loved , the burger and chicken nuggets at 4pm were incredibleee😍 The room was reallyyyyy clean and spacious!! She will definitely come back with us in this hotel, we love you Hawaii.❤️

La habitación podría estar mejor aislada acústicamente ya que por ejemplo se oían bastante los grifos de otras habitaciones
