The hotel was lovely and clean and the staff were excellent.
The location was perfect for us not too far to walk to the beach.

Staff was very kind and friendly. Fun too each of them. Receptionist/Bar tenders/entertainers especially and those preparing and dealing with food. All did wonderful job.
The double standard rules. The fact that workers behind Bar was not allowed to sit/interact with holiday makers once their jobs were finished. Yet entertainers were allowed up to 12.20. The food wasn’t great. Hardly no Turkish food.. the private beach wasn’t 1km as reviews pointed out but was lovely to go too. . It was a bus ride that took at least 12/14 minutes to get too. Wasn’t walking distance at all. Otherwise it was comfortable.

The location.
- The AC was not working properly for the first 2 nights.
- No proper protocol for people who reserve the sun loungers by just putting their towels on for many many hours.
- The restaurant AC’s were dripping water on the guests.
- Some of the staff members were grumpy and or nagging/clingy when offering their services i.e spa services
