Good location in Valencia - walking distance from metro Maritim and Valenbisi bicycles. Very comfortable beds. Nicely decorated, clean. Convenient grocery store with long opening hours (including weekend) 130 meters away. liked the app to open the apartment door and do the online check-in prior to arrival.
The apartment is on ground floor with doors/windows directly to the street (Carrer del Bello). There is a major construction site right across the strret which will take at least another year with noisy construction works starting at 8 a.m. on weekdays (luckily on weekends there is no work). The apartment has only one short glass wall so there is not much natural light (zero in the bedroom) and very limited natural ventilation options. We were a little unsure when manipulating the door lock.

Very easy to locate things around the apartment.
My only concern were the construction facing our apartment, they started very early and quite difficult with babies nap in the morning.

We stayed at Florit Flats for 4 nights as a family and really enjoyed it. Location was great, just a few minutes from the beach, with shops and supermarkets close by. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed and the Wi-Fi was good. The hosts were quick to reply and even let us check in early, which was really helpful as it was raining heavily on the day we arrived. We also booked a taxi transfer from the airport through them, which went smoothly, would definitely stay here again

Recently renovated
On the ground floor in a commercial space. One bedroom is in the kitchen and has no privacy or a curtain to make the room dark in the night. The other room has no windows and no ventilation, so it becomes very suffocating.
No soap at the toilet & air-con was leaking.
