Very spacious, and clean.
First floor flat, 3 large double bedroom, 2 bathrooms.
About 5 min taxi ride to BIOPARC, 40 min to central area via public transport.
Supermarket a few blocks away, it has a small balcony too.
It has pretty much everything you need for comfortable stay.

He ido con mi familia y la hemos pasado genial.
El apartamento tiene de todo, estaba impecable y tiene aire central , cosa que para nosotros es lo mejor ! . Super bien, fue muy cómodo que también tuviese 2 baños .
También resaltar que chica que nos lo entregó, super amable.

La disponibilità del secondo bagno (peccato che la porta non rimaneva chiusa!)
La distanza dal centro (nonostante i mezzi pubblici vicini bisognava fare cambi), la biancheria da letto e da bagno aveva odore di stantio.

Close to the city center by car, although the neighborhood is not the best one.
There’s no elevator which was quite uncomfortable when you have small kids and a stroller with you. I think it’s more for a group of friends or 3 couples looking for an apartment.
No elevator and not super clean. Which was surprising taking into account the price.
