Our host was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Upon our arrival, the offered welcome drink was welcomed :) The house is located about a 15-20 minutes walk from Lake Bled in a quiet neighbourhood, away from the "industrial" level* touristy lake area. *(and we were there at the very beginning of the main season!!!) The entire premise is squeaky clean, easy to park right at the front of the building. I'd highly recommend it for anyone who doesn't mind to exercise i.e. walk a little before getting to the lake itself. The "Mercator" supermarket is about 6-8 minutes from "Rose 8" with everything* you possibly need, especially if you're not on an unlimited budget for breakfast, lunch and dinner. (*there's a hot food counter, with an ample variety)
If anything, maybe three things, could be improved. Getting a more comfortable mattress, be nice. Installing a small microwave, a coffee maker and a normal hight table with two regular chairs. But again, none of these are/were "issues", nevertheless they would add to the comfort of the room we were in.

Ramiza was a fantastic host! We were immediately welcomed and made to feel at home. As 3 22 year-old girls, she was so kind and caring. Location was ideal, the shuttle bus is free and is only 5-10 minutes down the road and takes you to the lake/mountains etc. The supermarket is also very close and is massive and very reasonably priced. All facilities in the kitchen were great and we all agreed we would 100% stay again. Thanks so much again!

The host was very kind and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, with bed linens, towels, a hairdryer, kettle and fridge supplied. Overall a very good stay and excellent experience.

The location is perfect, everything is reachable on foot, quiet suburban area. Have free parking on premises, and great view of the nearby mountains. Bathroom goods are provided, the kitchen is well equipped, and have bikes available for touring around the city. Charming and helpful host. Good wifi. Nice shared library with board games, pick-up umbrellas if the weather demands it.
We were shocked for the first time when we find out that the rooms are opening from each other, and the bathroom is opening from the second bedroom. The kitchen is accessible from a shared corridor. This is listed in the very fine prints in the rare description, but it might highlighted more. It is really uncomfortable if two couples are planning to stay there.
The shower is incredibly small, even for non-tall people.
What's really bad is the beds, and not the textiles or the mattresses, thats the matter of taste (I like harder mattresses) but the frames are extremely noisy, creaked every time whenever you had a small movement, and wake up everyone (even in the other room) resulting in a restless sleeps. And that might affect your stay in this beautiful area. This can be fixed relative easily, and I really hope the host will do it, it will significantly can increase the value of this apartman.
