only booked the room at last minute due to work commitments the owner was a very nice helpful lady the room served my purpose

the room mentioned a tv but no tv in the room i had work to do on my laptop so really didnt effect me that much .

no breakfast the location was ok for the tram and had a good selection of shop at the tram stop

the room was ok and the host was welcoming but compared with other types of accomodation ive stayed at before it was not what i was expecting
