Located in Paso Robles in the California Central Coast, we are a short eight-minute walk to downtown from 17th and Chestnut streets, offering a convenient rental for Paso Robles adventure seekers. Do not miss this easy access to shops, restaurants, and wine-tasting rooms, as well as festivals and events in the central park. This newly remodeled home feels fresh and comfortable, with great attention to detail in decor and design. It features vaulted ceilings and an easy, open floor plan for relaxation and convenience. Master bedroom with private entrance to yard has a large, beautifully finished private bath. Two other sizeable bedrooms share the second, elegant bathroom. This lovely home sleeps six and has all the conveniences for a perfect stay: AC, Dishwasher, Microwave, Stove, Oven. - Spacious Granite topped kitchen with sit-up counter/bar - Vaulted ceilings in living area, ten-foot ceilings in bedrooms with Ceiling fans - Beautiful Tumbled Travertine showers with granite topped large vanities - Bay windows - Private extra-long garage with private house access - Full Laundry Facilities - Quality Mattresses and Linens. ***We continue to implement our already rigorous cleaning protocols along with an added layer of disinfecting, as we finalize for each guest arrival. On departure, we ask that you take out the trash and begin a load of towels in the laundry, if it exists onsite, and we require that you not leave any dirty dishes/pots & pans. A fee of up to $200 may be charged for dirty dishes/pots & pans.***

Excellent home with everything you'll need located a few short blocks from the main park in town. About a 15 min walk away from all the restaurants, coffee shops and tasting rooms. The house itself is great, with large bedrooms & bathrooms, a perfect living room and kitchen combo. We were there with 5 adults and a baby and would definitely stay again

This was one of the best vacation rentals we have stayed in. It was spotless and very well maintained. The owner was very helpful in providing information in a notebook, taking care of most questions we have had at other properties. Access was easy, the location was perfect, and it had a very well equipped kitchen, spacious bathrooms with plenty of towels, soap, tissues, etc. We would highly recommend this property. We have spent several Thanksgiving weeks in Paso Robles and would definitely stay here again. It is an easy drive to Cambria and San Simeon as well as San Luis Obispo. We always visit Cambria and SLO while we are in Paso and of course the wineries there are fantastic, too.

Great location! The house had everything we needed. Having a garage was a bonus. Both bathrooms were nice & roomy. Wineries were all a short distance away.We had a nice comfortable stay.
