Great property in good location up on a hill. We had been advised that driveway was steep in advance (they weren’t kidding!). Beautiful home. Well appointed. Beds were very comfortable, but if you’re short or have knee or hip problems, I suggest bringing a small step stool as they are high off the floor & a bit of a climb (!)Well equipped kitchen & laundry room. We were visiting Paso Robles to see the Sensorio lights. We really lucked out since the rain stopped at noon that day & held off until we got back. The sunset was spectacular & the lights were very impressive & beautiful. Unfortunately, it rained all day Saturday so we weren’t able to do much siteseeing in town. The Wi-Fi was very iffy (probably due to the storm) all day. Fortunately we had a box of DVD’s with us. We really needed more lights in the living room & dining room (there was only 1 large ceiling light between both spaces) making the house feel a little gloomy & making it very difficult to read or play cards. The furnace worked really well & we were very cozy (although from the looks of the floor registers a visit from Stanley Steemer might be considered in the near future). We were lucky enough to watch a deer come up the driveway the next morning!Except for the rain, enjoyed our weekend very much.

The house was just as advertised, with a quiet peaceful backyard where deer would often walk through while we had our morning coffee, or in the evenings as we enjoyed amazing wines we had purchased from local wineries.

Nice house but unsafe stair leading from driveway to house Steep driveway and poor lighting make ingress and egress unsafe. Otherwise house was nice.
