Perfect for both for a private getaway or weekend fun!! YES, you CAN have it ALL! On the Water with Gulf Access YET Just 2 minutes from the beach and old town too!!! Swimming Pool (not heated) and deck. COVERED RV/CAMPER HOOKUPS. Enclosed Outdoor Kitchen and full bath downstairs. 3 Bedrooms. 2 more Baths (sleeps 8 comfortably) upstairs with an open floor plan. Spacious kitchen with beautiful cabinets. A Pac-man Arcade game for the kids. Boat parking. Boat launch. Dock. Huge, beautiful & private, tree-shaded lot. Circle Drive. Covered Parking. Under house entertaining. Elevator/ Lift. Deck - Pavilion - Bar area. Fenced yard. Even a fire pit. Property also has an Artesian well. Awesome place to stay! Hosts are great to work with. We had no problems. It was well equipped, comfortable and even had homey touches! So glad we chose this house to stay at!

Host is always prompt with responses. Renovated primary bath was a huge plus this year! Always enjoy staying here and looking forward to property improvements (hoping the deck furniture is replaced for our next trip).
