* Quiet hours after 10:00 PM



* Only registered guests on the property (No parties or events)



* No pets inside the home



* We kindly ask that you treat our home with same care and respect as you would your own.



* Security Cameras- For the safety of our guests and property, exterior security cameras are in use on the outside of the home only. There are no cameras inside the home, and the exterior cameras are not used to monitor guests during their stay.

* Please do not use or adjust the owner's boat.



* Make sure to leave slack in the lines to allow for tide changes.



* The grill and boiler are available for use, but please ensure to clean and turn off the propane after use.



* If the propane is out, please notify us and we will get it refilled.



* Outdoor Games are located in the gray shed under the stairs (Have Fun!)



**Trash Pickup**



* Place trash in the green bins at the end of the driveway and ensure lids are closed.



* Trash is picked up on Tuesdays and Fridays (Unless it is a holiday week and pickups are on Saturdays)



* Pickup is early, so make sure to have your trash out before 6:00 AM
