Good communication throughout the stay by the management team.
The apartment was just as described and we would stay again.
Although there were plenty of no smoking signs around the apartment smelled strongly of stale smoke in the lounge and hallway.
We had to open the window on arrival.
The heating controls were in the lounge not hallway as stated in the instructions.

Heating system. Very warm and despite altering the thermostat, we couldn’t turn off the radiators

Great location. Coffee machine and pods. Spacious. Large beds.
Chair was broken (which we found out once my elderly mother fell off it!) issues with WiFi. En suite bathroom smelt very musty. Lounge smelt of stale cigarettes

Clean, comfortable welcoming. Easy access. Good location.
Would benefit from having another sofa so 4 people could sit on sofa/ armchairs ( currently 2 seater sofa and one armchair). The legs on one of the dinning chairs need changing as they are pointing inwards making it a bit unstable.
