Good location
Just the tv. Wasn’t able to catch cypriot chanels just two( we reload the antenna)

A very spacious 1st floor apartment in Block C with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms overlooking the sea. The location was very quiet and most local amenities were closed. However a 15 minute drive to Parlimni provided access to 3 large supermarkets and shopping. The large wrap around terrace enjoyed sunshine all day. The beds were very comfortable. There were adequate utensils to cook but not everything required for a longer stay e.g. oven gloves missing.
The hot water supply was intermittent as available via a solar panel. Hence some hot water at the end of the day. The electric water heater system did not work. So most showers were lukewarm at best.
There is a new development being built next to the swimming pool, whilst it did not disturb us, with groundworks being dug, we would imagine when full construction gets underway in the Spring and Summer it could disturb guests.

Nice view from balcony, good location to see beaches and attractions, spacious, pool area
There is a construction just outside the fence, a big noise and a lot of dirt, even in the pool
