Cape Greco Bay View Villa has a breathtaking panorama of the untouched and natural area of Cape Greco National Forest Park and Protaras.
! For groups it is possible to rent at the same time the Ayia Napa Bay View Villa (1873789), which is located just next depending on availability
Uniquely located on top of Phanos Hill, some 300m. above sea level, which lies equidistantly between Ayia Napa and Protaras, the property enjoys a constant sea breeze and significantly lower humidity levels making the location of the villa a cool oasis in the summer heat.
The property offers many facilities
> Key exterior features: large private swimming pool (10 m x 5 m), covered terrace with sea view, spacious grass lawn area in the garden, kiosk with eating table, garden furniture (chairs, sun beds and lounge), kitchen with a traditional Cypriot oven and a built barbecue, covered bathroom with toilets, sink and shower and covered parking for 1 car. Depending of the seasons you can also eat the fruits from our trees.

Note that you will pass through about 1km of dirt road inside Cape Greco National Parc in order to get to the property. Taxi should not be considered on daily basis either.

This was an amazing place to stay. Marie and Harry were fantastic hosts also. The pool was amazing as was the location. And the amazing plants and trees that had been planted were great also. We used the lemons and Aloe Vera ourselves. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and amneties and Check in was no stress. The kids loved it and everything was close by. A car is required, and the place is ideal for families and people looking to avoid the noise and bathe in tranquility and peace. Would definitely stay again.

L'annonce est tout à fait conforme à la réalité !
La villa est magnifique, très propre et parfaitement équipée.
Son extérieur est au top, piscine, barbecue, sdb de jardin, rien à redire.
Son environnement est des plus agréables, Cape Greco est magnifique, la nature et la vue sur la mer est apaisante.
Marie-Line est une parfaite hôte !
Son accueil et ses conseils ont été appréciés au plus haut point.

This is a beautiful villa away from everyone which suited us perfectly. The only thing we would all change would be some comfortable furniture to relax in at night, the rattan furniture is just uncomfortable. But that will not put us off booking next year.
