Massimo was the best host ever! His communication and help with all things was A. He helped with activities and dinner reservations. It was very helpful to have someone in Italy while in the states trying to plan and communicate with Italian businesses. It’s best to use WhatsApp with him and he is quick to respond. Condo is dated but very clean and the 70s vibe is charming. Beds are very comfortable and although we did not cook kitchen appeared to be very well stocked. To note: Both bathrooms are in the hall(no en-suite) and one has a standup shower while the other has a tub with handheld sprayer. Another review suggested Nols2.0 with a locker for rentals and storage. This made our stay so easy. Yes, the condo has ski locker but for the extra couple euros renting a locker with boot warmers, glove warmers etc and a place to leave shoes in town made apres a breeze. A real no brainer for convenience in my opinion. The lift/locker is a 5 min walk. It is 5 min straight up to get back so you just need to take it slow. Restaurants: Bar Bricole (7 min) was the best meal of our trip. Nives (2 min) was great. Wood (10 min) expensive but fun. L’alpage (drive) super cute food good. Love (on mtn) restaurant very good and lively don’t know about counter service. Rocce Nere (on mtn) restaurant upstairs was good don’t know about cafeteria. In Zermatt Stafelalp was awesome but . Overall Cervinia and Massimo’s place were wonderful!

Fantastic communication with Massimo, he really does care & wants you to have the best experience in Cervinia. Check-in was a breeze, as was our 5 am check-out, nothing was too much trouble & Massimo ensured everything went smoothly. The apartment was spotless, warm & sunny (a non skier in our family enjoyed the sunny balcony very much!). It was extremely well stocked with every essential we could possibly need (foil, tea towels, kitchen roll, loo roll, etc) we loved the bathrobes, such a comforting touch, thank you Massimo! The town is an up hill walk home after a night out, but we just took our time & it definitely got easier once we were more acclimatised to the high altitude. We absolutely loved Cervinia and the apartment equally. Do not hesitate to book, it is wonderful!

The apartment was great. As described. Plenty of room. Most importantly for us the beds were large and comfortable. Two bathrooms one of which has a tub - great for stretching after hard days skiing. Everything worked! Nice views. Good ski storage. Ski in Ski out. What made this rental outstanding was Massimo. It was like a having a personal concierge. He helped with ski hire (including discounts) - ski school - restaurant booking for New Year - car parking. Additionally Ms Zahara on site helped with parking for additional car, and to get medical help when one our party was ill. Fantastic ski area for all abilities. Highly recommended.
