Was bright clean plenty of space to move around was warm and cosy. Had plenty of tea and coffee and biscuits was a lovely touch to the room. Room was very well presented.
Staff that was there were fantastic people can't wait to rebook and see the friendly staff again for another stay 100%. But are favourite thing of all with are stay was meeting Steve the seagal he was brilliant missing him already. Hope he's there again on are next stay.

The owners were very nice and the location was good.
The furniture was shabby, covered in marks and paint peeling, the bathroom wasn’t very clean, mould around the shower. The toilet pump was very loud and went off randomly all through the day and night.
It allowed dogs which was useful but the one above us barked all night.

Nice location. Clean room. Friendly staff
Just a tired room that needs a revamp. Outside terrace area handy as we had our dog with us but really grotty.
Our room was just by reception (basically a cupboard downstairs), so it was noisy and intrusive.
