Location within the Stelvio Pass was dramatic, check in/out no problem, staff attentive friendly and helpful, room basic with old world charm but more than adequate for one night touring. Restaurant was a surprise with 4 course evening meal included and the food was excellent, as was breakfast. Large forecourt, free parking with magnificent views.

Location is beautiful, right on Stelvio pass, nice views in different times of day. Easy access if you have car or bike. You pay premium for location, but it’s well worth it. Temperature inside is good, even if it gets chilly outside. Quite good food for dinner and good breakfast.
There is nothing else but hotel in that place, everything else is quite distance away

Homely atmosphere, very clean, loved the half-board dinner option. I was expecting a spartan mountain chalet but it was full of character... and a few interesting characters.
The breakfast coffee was a little unimpressive.
