Apartment was clean, had everything I needed and was comfortable. Staff were responsive via message and really helpful.
Some noise at night but this is expected in the location.

Flat had all facilities you would need. Overall clean, staff weren’t on site but was easily contactable if needs be. Bathroom was lovely and the shower was great.
Flat wasn’t the same as the pictures, I think all flats should be advertised as it wasn’t the same as the ones above. It was noisy but that’s expected with the area; so that wasn’t a massive negative.

Perfect location. We've stayed previously, and the staff at reception have always been friendly and helpful. A well presented bathroom and waterfall shower.
In need of urgent renovation. The apartment has been neglected for too long now. Sofa bed rocks as it is unbalanced due to excessive wear and tear. Single bed springs have gone in the mattress. Walls are in need of a fresh lick of paint. Dining table and coffee tables are marked and scratched. The vertical blinds to the bedroom and living room area are missing some sections.
