Apartment was perfect. Spotlessly clean and Excellent location for nightlife. Right at the start of mathew street. Really friendly staff with good communication. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Perfect location. We've stayed previously, and the staff at reception have always been friendly and helpful. A well presented bathroom and waterfall shower.
In need of urgent renovation. The apartment has been neglected for too long now. Sofa bed rocks as it is unbalanced due to excessive wear and tear. Single bed springs have gone in the mattress. Walls are in need of a fresh lick of paint. Dining table and coffee tables are marked and scratched. The vertical blinds to the bedroom and living room area are missing some sections.
