Location was perfect for our needs , it was very clean and warm, black out blinds but let in light at sides of window if like me you like it pitch black take eye mask, but on the whole a good stay.
wifi is a bit slow.

Good location, a bit hard to find! Good for exploring the city of Liverpool!
We were offered a parking permit card for the duration of stay but was told by the check-in it would be in the room waiting for us but it wasn’t so had to pay for parking. You can’t park outside accommodation, so if you have slot of luggage you will have a way to walk with it.

The location is really good, although they should mention that the parking location is in a garage, about 8 min walk away. There is no option to park out front and take luggage in before parking.
There was no hot water, the couch was atrocious… so filthy with stains that you don’t want to sit on it, the bathroom sink was clogged, 2 dining room chairs were in bad shape ( cloth ripped in several places), and the WIFI stopped working several times( staff tried to reset it after I complained).
