L' appartamento si presenta benissimo, con un arredamento molto gradevole. Ottima pulizia. Presenti cialde per il caffè graditissime.
Zona centrale con posti gratuiti proprio sotto casa! Ottimo! Host disponibile e presente per tutto il soggiorno.
Non ho trovato un rotolo di panno carta o un panno per asciugarsi le mani. Non un filo d' olio o set base per cucinare. Peccato ma tutto assolutamente rimediabile.
Purtroppo è stato quasi impossibile dormire a causa di urla canti tipo coro da stadio, schiamazzi e risate fino all' alba, provenienti credo da un bar presente proprio sotto l' alloggio! Veniva voglia di far intervenire le forze dell' ordine. Assurdo passare così 2 notti.

The apartment is very nice and in a wonderful location. It’s bright, spacious, and very warm. It has everything needed for a pleasant stay. The location is very convenient for travelers arriving by train, by water, or by car. It’s very close to the train station and the port, and there is a parking area nearby. Carrefour is just around the corner, and there are several nice cafés and pizzerias in the area.
I have no complaints about the property itself. The problem we had was with the communication. On the day of our arrival, I received instructions and a code to access the apartment, BUT NO ONE INFORMED US THAT THERE SHOULD BE KEYS INSIDE THE APARTMENT! We arrived around 7:30 PM, checked in, and went out for dinner. When we returned, we realized we couldn’t get back into the building! From 10:40 PM to 11:43 PM we had useless communication over WhatsApp, and eventually someone came to let us in. He entered the apartment before us and confirmed that there were no keys anywhere! For an hour they kept explaining that:
1. We didn’t find the keys,
2. The cleaning company didn’t leave them, or even
3. Booking didn’t send the message to us!!!
4. The previous guests didn’t return them!
I don’t know where the mistake was, but we spent an hour outside in 4°C without jackets. It was very unpleasant.
After that, our stay was nice, and of course, I sent the host a photo showing that we left the keys in the apartment.
