This is probably our favourite place we’ve stayed at while traveling! The apartments are absolutely beautiful and the view is stunning! Sanja and her family are the best hosts you could ever ask for - they picked us up at the bus station when we arrived late in the evening and Sanja had Nutella pancakes prepared for us! She also stocked our fridge with water and beer and gave us a bottle of wine and some treats to enjoy as well! We made great use of the washing machine, and the back deck had drying racks that worked perfectly for hanging our clothes out to dry. There is also a convenience store a few steps away where you can pick up anything you need, and tons of restaurants nearby. We enjoyed staying a few kilometres away from the old town, as the vibe was much more laid back and we enjoyed walking around the area every day. We were also extremely grateful that Sanja dropped us off at a car rental place at the end of our stay. We were so sad to leave and will 100% be back if we ever return to Kotor! We cannot recommend this place enough- find out for yourself and book at Sunny Bay, you will be so glad you did!

Bardzo polecam pobyt w apartamencie Sunny Bay! Było niezwykle czysto, wszystko pachniało świeżością. Łóżko bardzo wygodne, a całość urządzona z dbałością o komfort gości. Pani gospodarz jest przesympatyczna i pomocna, dzięki czemu pobyt był jeszcze przyjemniejszy. Na pewno chętnie tu wrócę.

We are full-time travelers, and this is our favorite apartment we've stayed in for relaxing and enjoying sun, sea, peace and quiet. Sanja and her beautiful family are the most wonderful hosts, and the apartment has everything you need. If there is anything else you want, Sanja will know where to get it. She knows the best of everything.
The views are stunning from the apartment, and you can be swimming in the beautiful bay within one minute of walking out your door! We even saw dolphins from our window. We loved this place so much we returned for another month in September, having stayed in the apartment for all of July.
We came down with a horrible flu when we first arrived, and Sanja made a magical tea with honey, lemon, and ginger - it was delicious and we felt better so quickly! Sanja is an incredible chef too - and can tell you where to get the freshest and healthiest products. We had many special moments just watching the light change on the mountains and the bay throughout the day - the sunrises and sunsets, even the occasional storm was thrilling and beautiful.
Dobrota is so much more peaceful and authentic than touristy Kotor, but you can walk or bike into the Old Town easily along the water. It's lovely to walk into the Old Town very early in the morning or late at night when the tourists have gone, then come back to cozy Sunny Bay in Dobrota. It was a very rejuvenating time for us between very busy travel months in the Schengen and UK. Thank you, Sanja - we love you!

The location was very convenient to both restaurants and town. The views from all the balconies were spectacular and the hosts went above and beyond to look after us.
