It has a small garden in front of the apartment. It is 40 M2 and consist of: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and one single bed, bathroom, kitchen and living room. It has pier in front with sun chairs and ombrelone.

Excellent location. Clean apartment with all necessarz items. WiFi Tv international channels. Swimming just in front og the apartment on small stone tiles pier. Small beach good for children. Host are welcoming and always ready to assist. Parking is near bz on afree to park parking place , 60 metrs away. Shops , ATM machine, post and pharmacy at 150 meters toward Kotor. Numerous restaurant on a seafront road. Good fresh fish at the restaurant Ellas, Bonira Mondo e Ana's sister Irene restaurant BOKUN in Kotor old town inside walls. We would come back again for sure. We spent few beautiful days. Thank you

Rosa apartment will be good for those couples who what to spend their vacations either enjoying the great view of Kotor bay or going sightseeing in Kotor or surrounding villages useing this apartment as very suitable start point.
The apartment is well-equipped and can make a rest very comfortable.

Firstly, I would say that the apartment has the best location in Kotor: only 10 minutes walk by feet from Stari Grad but away enough of tourist crowds. Calming & relaxing place with free parking. Great view from 1nd floor apartment on the Bay. Newly renovated & equipped with all necessary.
We travelled a lot around the whole Montenegro & our holiday home was the best starting point to any direction either to north part & Croatia or to different small town of Budva Riviera. Many thanks to Maria & Ana!
