Everything to be frank. The staff friendliness and hospitality were excellent and one of the best I have experienced. The swimming pool and spa were excellent. Food was extraordinary - prepared fresh, very affordable, and some of the best I have eaten especially the breakfast. Approximation to Ubud a bonus especially if you have booked tours.

The room was beautiful. It was exceptionally well-designed with a lovely glass covered outside bathroom.
I loved the private tropical garden and the plant-filled winding path through the property to reach it.
The restaurant menu was imaginatively designed and tasted delicious.
I was unsure about the no password internet access. I would prefer password protection.
The entrance to the property was a motorbike parking spot which made it noisy.

The most amazing calm serene nestled away from the noise. The bed is so comfy and I had the best sleep. The staff is simply amazing and always had a lovely smile on their faces.
Wish they had a more extensive room service menu.
