The mountain farm "Kuglerhof" is located at 1.300 meters above sea level on the sunny side of the Ahrntal, opposite the ski and hiking arena Klausberg, and is an insider tip for relaxing and comfortable vacations. The farm belongs to the village Steinhaus and is located very quiet and sunny in the middle of meadows and forests with many hiking possibilities. The apartment "Kuglerhof Apt 2" has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and accommodates 4 adults and 2 children. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and SAT-TV. The child-friendly accommodation provides a baby crib and high chair on request.
On the balcony equipped with garden furniture you can enjoy the magnificent view of the Ahrntal mountains with a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. In the shared garden, an open terrace and a children's playground await you. A barbecue is also available on request.
Just a 5-minute walk from the accommodation (400 m) you will find a farm tavern with regional delicacies and a unique mountain panorama. A local supermarket, a butcher's shop and more restaurants can be reached in about 10 minutes by car (6 km). In summer, the Kuglerhof is the ideal starting point for easy but also challenging hikes, while in winter you can go skiing, cross-country skiing, snowboarding or snowshoeing. The skiing area Klausberg is only 6 km away (10 minutes by car).

Parking spaces are available on the property and a garage is available for your car.

Pros: We received a warm welcome and and enjoyed our stay in the snow thoroughly. Because we have a family of five, we were offered two apartments, with beautiful views.
Fresh farm eggs,milk etc can be purchased for breakfast.
The owners provide a perfect family accommodation, in an idyllic location.
Cons: We could not fault the accommodation and would highly recommend!.

Pros: Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Schönes Appartement, gut ausgestattete Küche, bequeme Betten,
sehr ruhige Lage. Sehr Hunde und Haustierfreundlich. Tolles Bergpanorama. Wanderwege direkt vorm Haus.Würden sofort wieder hinfahren.

Pros: L'appartamento è molto bello ed ha un panorama meraviglioso. La padrona di casa è gentile e disponibile.
Cons: La strada per arrivare alla casa è piuttosto stretta e lunga, ma con una guida attenta ci si abitua.

Pros: Ferienwohnung gut erreichbar, Anfahrtsroute ist gut beschildert. Bauernhof liegt schön über dem Tal mit Blick auf 3000er, sehr sonnig, ideal zum abschalten oder auch als Ausgangspunkt für Skitouren. Wohnung top ausgestattet, Balkon mit traumhaftem Panoramablick. Als Option gibt es hofeigene Produkte zum Frühstück. Sehr freundliche und vor allem hilfsbereite Gastgeberfamilie, die uns auch bei einer Autopanne helfen konnte. Preise fair, nur weiterzuempfehlen!
