The location was fantastic, close to everything walking. The garden was peaceful and secluded. The room was lovely and gad everything you needed-frudge, dishes, microwave, private bathroom, very comfy bed and air exchanger for heat or air, whatever your preference.
The water in the shower did not last for one person, even when turning off the water while you wash or shampoo. And it did take longer than 20 minutes to get hot water again.

Fantastic location, 5 minutes from the Palace but on a quiet road with very little traffic. The garden is a big bonus in central Split, very private with high hedges, with loungers and seating areas, very nice to sit outside the door of the room for breakfast. The bed is comfortable and the shower has very good pressure. Check in was easy, with great communication from the host. Highly recommended for a couple for a short stay exploring Split.
The kitchen facilities are limited, with no toaster or hob, but there are so many nice places to eat nearby.

It was centrally located within old town.
Small room on first floor and had noise from upstairs guests. Even threatened to smash our sore down when they got back from their night out. Garden was unkept with mosquitos.
