This is the best place to enjoy nature relax and connect with the family - we loved riding the creeks and dolphin watching - this house gives a different twist on a beach vacation - We did visit the beach too - it was a quick ride to any beach access. Edisto has great accesses that all have a great shoreline 😊

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Really love the location. Have always been beach front fans but have changed my mind after staying here twice. The deep water marsh is so much better. Always changing landscape as the tides go in and out. Fantastic sunsets and such a sense of privacy. Private dock and boat launch, great! The inside of the house is large and spacious however the furniture, carpet, counter tops, bath fixtures and appliances need to be replaces ASAP. Just plain worn out. Lighting is awful for reading.Won't stay here again until those things are done. Could be best rental on island with those improvements, sorry that the owner has let the property go. Windows and blinds dirty. Needs paint and update.
