Modern, renovated and clean appartment, close to beach, not far from the city, parking place for car inside the gate, quiet street in day and in night time, kind house owner couple, recommended highly. So we give 10 points

Дуже чисто, ново , є власна тераса ; гарне розташування - 5 хвилин до пляжу , поруч супермаркет , також пішки спокійно можна дійти до центра . Приємні власники
Дуже холодно та сиро , спали з кондиціонером ( мабуть влітку ситуація краща ); насправді економно - мила майже не було, не було косметики для душа, сам душ дуже маленький і не зручний ; не зручні подушки як на мене ; відсутність пральної машини, чайника ( так, є мікрохвильова, але це не заміна чайнику :), чай/кава, бокали також відсутні . Інтернет часто зникав і телевізор з пласким екраном , то лише назва . Якщо додати більше турботи - цінність зросте

Very nice apartments in a villa in St Gulian (Rimini). just 200 meters from beach. 15 minutes of walk from OldTown Rimini. Hosts were nice and attentive.
it was lacking of washing machine, but just 5 minutes there is a laundry shop.
