We had a Great stay at the Apartment. It was well located Right on the Beach and close to grocery Shops and a Bus Station. When we arrived at the Apartment everything was well cleaned. The Apartment was large enough for our Family and was Furnished in a modern Style. Overall we would recommend this Apartment for everyone that wants to spend a Great time in Rimini

Due coniugi con una figlia e tre amiche sedicenni. Ombrellone e terrazzo si guardano! Facile arrivare insieme alla Rimini notturna, ma abbastanza distante perché le ragazze si accontentassero di Viserba... Appartamento accogliente e con piccole attenzioni per far trovare tutti a proprio agio. Come fosse la propria casa al mare...

Apartament is really nice, exceeded our expectations. It is mear the see, with big terace and see view. It also has barbeque in it, so very nice to use it for dinner. Kitchen is very big and has everything is needed, also coffee machine and dishwasher. We were 4 adults and 3 kids and there were place for all of us. Near apartment there are a lot of shops and bars, restaurants near, ice cream in the corner restaurant is very good. Amazing pizza just down stairs. The owner of the apartment is very caring and answer all needed questions. We will come back.

Sehr gut ausgestattete geräumige Wohnung (2 Schlafzimmer, 2 neue Bäder, Küche, großer Wohnraum mit offener Küche, sehr sehr großer Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer); modern mit Vintage-Style; im 4. Stock aber mit (kleinem) Lift gut erreichbar. Sehr netter Vermieter! Gute Infrastruktur (Super-Cafe mit "best ice in town", Restaurants und Minimarkets alles gleich um die Ecke; Bäckerei und großer Supermarkt in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß oder per Auto); Strand und Strandpromenade mit ein paar Fußschritten in 1/2 Min erreichbar. Sehr flacher feiner Sandstrand - für Kleinkinder bestens geeignet. Lage im Vorort "Viserba", um einiges ruhiger als in Rimini-Zentrum (ca. 45 Min zu Fuß oder 10-15 Min per Auto). Alles in allem netter Urlaub.
