Villa Rogu in Chania is a freshly built elegant & luxury 5-bedroom villa nestled on the top of a hill, in the village of Maleme and Xamoudochori near Platanias resort, offering sublime and panoramic views over the azure sea and the Island of Theodorou as also the hinterland and the mountains. It is ideal for families or large groups. You will definitely feel the aura of freshness and positivity and at the same time expect full tranquility for your vacation. Platanias is only 10min drive, where there are lots of bars, minimarkets, clubs and all kind of shops. Villa Rogu offers five separate bedrooms, one master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, one double bedroom and three twin bedrooms with a common bathroom. Additionally, one lovely sea view open plan area with a corner sofa bed which turns into a double bed is provided next to the living room area. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, a walk-in closet, a lounger bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a TV. Each bedroom offers a flat screen TV (32 inches), air conditioning, and a safety box. A private (heated if necessary) swimming pool with sun loungers, an outdoor bar with fully equipped BBQ, a large courtyard with a lawn area, an outdoor pergola with sitting area, an enclosed children area and a private parking area are provided. An outdoor shower is also provided in the pool area of the Villa. All our guests can get additional services on request, such as mani-pedi, hair-dressing, massage, 24h food delivery, car/motorbike/bike rental, boat excursions, mini-train excursions, transport from and to airport/port. In the end, a laser-technology security system is provided, whereas huge bullet-proof glass doors and windows are used throughout the property, offering spectacular vistas to the sea. Please note that the pool can be heated at the additional cost of 80 Euros per day at least for a 3-day period. Please inform us at least one week before arrival to have the pool heated.
