About this farm stay rental
The apartment overlooks the valley of Mugello, backs on to the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines and is surrounded by woods of oak and chestnut trees, interrupted here and there by little allotments of vegetable garden and olive trees.
The old farmhouse has been brought back to its original structure and the apartments have kept the typical rural characteristics of the hilly district of Mugello, at the same time offering all modern comforts.
The apartment is 90 square metres. It consists of two bedrooms, one bathroom, one large living – room with a bright kitchen and a lounge area.
Outside the apartment there is a garden where you can eat in the open air.
All windows are in front of the valley of Mugello.
This is the ideal place to visit, alone or with friends, for a peaceful and relaxing holiday, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The garden is organized so that it is possible to relax in privacy. There are plenty of footpaths for those keen on walking, mountain biking and trekking.
A little swimming pool will refresh your hot days here und will amuse your children. Other facilities, such as a private football ground, a ping-pong table are put at your disposal for a total relax.
In our farm you will be in direct touch with the nature and the peasants’ everyday life of the hilly district of Mugello. If you are interested in knowing more about the products of our land, you could also directly join the landlady on the field, trying to get acquainted with the tricks of the trade.
The farm produces chestnuts, kitchen-garden products and extra virgin olive oil. The establishment is situated 600 meters above sea level and enjoys a panoramic view.
It’s only 8 km away from Vicchio di Mugello, an old village enclosed by walls dating back to the fourteenth century. Vicchio is the native town of renowned artists such as Giotto and Beato Angelico.

Was für ein traumhafter Ort! Eine schöne, große Wohnung mit tollem Blick ins Tal. Große Wohnküche mit allem drin, was man braucht und sauber ist es sowieso. Rosanna und Paolo sind die besten Gastgeber, die man sich vorstellen kann, herzlich, hilfsbereit und immer freundlich. Es gibt täglich frisches Gemüse aus dem eigenen Anbau, Olivenöl und Wein ebenso. Es ist sehr ruhig und für eine Abkühlung steht ein Pool bereit. Ein perfekter Ort zum entspannen! Es sind ein paar Minuten vom Dorf rauf zur Wohnung, aber man kann sich drauf einstellen (man kauft für ein paar Tage ein und bleibt einfach oben). Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

My family and I had lovely stay with Roseanna, including a lovely shared meal with the other guests. My children loved the animals and picking their own vegetables. It is the most beautiful farm with a gorgeous view. Only down fall is the drive up, made me very nervous, would have liked to be made aware of before booking, especially considering the cancellation policy.
