Location on the bay was nice with kids. No worries about sneaker waves and the width of the beach was great. Having the bedrooms upstairs and toward the back kept it quiet for sleepers. Kitchen size was awesome. Washer and dryer were great to have.
Lack of storage containers in kitchen or any kind of plastic bags, or plastic wrap. No kitchen towels, dish rags, paper towels, or napkins. There was not enough toilet paper either. Only one extra roll for two bathrooms. That sucked. I understand we can go buy ourselves more but it would be great to make it through one day with enough. Upstairs showers had two controls, one for each shower head, but one was scalding hot and the other freezing cold. They did not work properly, Dining room chairs need the screws tightened. We found dirty sheets in the washer and a random dirty wash rag, beach towel, and hand towel in bedrooms.

The house was clean, well maintained, and in a good location for the area. It had everything we needed for our family group of 7 people.
The payment process was more complicated than a normal Booking.com reservation because it went through another agency but this was very minor.
