Spend charming vacation time nested in the beautiful countryside of Aix-en-Provence, at the foot of Mountain Sainte-Victoire.
The amazing house is located at 45 km from Marseille Provence airport and 40 km from Aix en Provence TGV station.
Ideal location as your vacation home is close to the most scenic surroundings: drive 10 minutes to Mountain Sainte-Victoire, 25 minutes to Aix-en-Provence downtown, 45 min to Marseille and its creeks, the beaches of Cassis and La Ciotat, Lac d'Esparron and the waterfalls of Barjols.
The village and the shops are 2 km away (2 well-stocked supermarkets with butchers, 2 bakeries)

The house:
The house is quietly located and offers a breathtaking view of Mont Aurélien, the vineyards and the olive trees. A quiet dead-end street leads to the estate, no traffic is to be expected.
Recent house with 3 bedrooms, a 1,400 sqf first floor and one upstairs suite (bedroom + bathroom). Perfect for 2 couples with children.
First floor:
- a living-room with equipped kitchen,
- a toilet
- a bathroom with bathtub
- a 108 sqf office with ultra-comfortable comfortable sofa bed 5.3' x 6.3'
- a 129 sqf girl bedroom with a loft bed (this bed is therefore intended for a child who can safely climb and go down a ladder!) and a 2-seats convertible sofa. A total of 3 beddings are available in this bedroom.
- a 129 sqf boy bedroom equipped with a loft bed (this bed is therefore intended for a child who can safely climb and go down a ladder!) and a 2-seats convertible sofa. A total of 3 beddings are available in this bedroom.
Second floor:

- Full bathroom with bathtub and toilet
All bedding is new and of high quality.

Important notice:
• Notice to non-locals: The pictures of the garden show as very leafy and green as they have been taken in May. Around July, the lawn tends to be more hay yellow!
• 3 hens and a cat are part of the estate at full time. You will be asked to take great care of them every day. In return you will have 2 to 3 fresh eggs and hugs every day! (no cat litter: she lives her full life in the surrounding nature!)
• We will take care of your arrival and departure, we will kindly welcome you in the house and help you at the leaving time.
• The house will be clean and tidy on your arrival: the cleaning of this rental and its storage are compulsory on your departure, a passage of a cleaning lady is compulsory during your stay (cost 30 € into the price )

Maison tres fonctionelle et bien equipee, calme, jardin et piscine parfaits et adaptes aux enfants, village a proximite: nous nous sommes regales et nous recommandons vivement la location d'Odile et Laurent.
