We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was exceptionally clean. Freddy (who checked us in) was helpful & nice. The mattress was FIRM!! Use the S. Toma stop on the water taxi...only a 3 minute walk from the apartment. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Lovely flat in good central location. We loved it: both bedroom and living room windows give onto the Grand Canal. Lovely to hear the water lapping, and see the gondolas. Not cheap, and for the price fully functioning lavatories able to flush away toilet paper should be fitted. We added a pair of scissors to the kitchen equipment, but a larger coffee maker/cafetière would be good too. As would more and plumper pillows. The handles to the fridge and freezer are inadequate and will come off sooner or later.
