The apartment exceeded what I expected - as soon as you walked in everything smelled amazing and the place was spotless. Plenty of cutlery/plates/glasses etc. smart tv to keep the kids entertained. The bed was absolutely huge which was a bonus! Perfect location for what we wanted
Seen lots of reviews about a welcome hamper which we didn’t receive but we did have some chocolates on the bed. The shower was too hot - turned on the coldest setting it was too hot for my daughter so we struggled to wash her over the weekend. I think the damage deposit is a little high and with lots of warnings of charges for different things like noise complaints, emptying bins, it can make you feel a bit anxious. I also think it would be useful to leave some spare bin bags for your customers to be able to change the bin more frequently. I also received a £60 parking fine for having the permit upside down - totally my fault but very frustrating that when you go on to pay it says this money will go to the owners?

The rooms were nice and big. Overall the flat was clean
The fact that the heater in sitting area was not working and no one notify us ahead of our arrival and the room was cold.

Both bedrooms were spacious and clean. great location with only short distances to beach and shopping. quiet neighbours and easy access as it is a ground floor flat.
Mattresses were uncomfortable and worn from wear and tear, bathroom had mould in the shower and the temperature of water was either too hot or too cold depending on the height of the shower head - no happy medium, the hob in the kitchen did not work even after reading instruction manual and testing several pots to try to make it work and lots of flies appearing every morning and no hot water from tap in kitchen.
