the tranquility, spacious rooms, the pool, the massages (Adrianna!), koffie in the room.
breakfast was included however it was not much of a breakfast. toast and a little fruit. waiter didn't speak english so when i ordered an omelet i was charged at check out for 3 breakfasts.

The hotel is beautiful and the location is great. Most of the staff were helpful and friendly.
Manager on duty was very unprofessional including, but not limited to, leaving the front desk when guests were waiting in line and the other staff member at the desk was on a phone call. Another example was walking into the kitchen and spending several minutes speaking with the only server on duty while we waited to be served.
In addition, the hallways are very noisy (stone floors) so we were awaken both nights in the middle of the night by loud guests coming in late.
