I am so thankful to the staff of Gran Hotel Queretaro. I left clothes in the room the last day I stayed, and the staff went the extra mile to return them to me. We organized a taxi together, but thanks to their speedy action, I was able to get my clothes back! The Hotel is historic! Tall ceilings, huge rooms! Super nice staff. But there was a bit of outside noise from the town's festivities. You'd better ask for an inner room so you don't hear it all. Balcony rooms are super nice, though!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised, as I expected the facilities to be a bit old given its central location, but everything was actually very modern. The bedrooms were lovely, spacious, and offered great views. The entire staff was very pleasant, especially the bellboy Victor, who was a true gentleman and incredibly kind. The location is excellent right in the city center, with plenty of attractions, restaurants, churches, and a great atmosphere just outside the hotel.
The only downside was that arriving by car can be a bit confusing, as it’s not very easy to find the hotel’s parking. Also, the parking is not included and requires an additional fee, which would have been nice to have included in the stay.

Close to everything. Had a nice restaurant down below.
The inside rooms had excessive noise from the restaurant that was set below in between both sides of the hotel music would be played loud starting at 6:50 in the morning and stop by 11 o’clock at night. We had an outside suite on the corner. It was very noisy. The street noise was incredible. I had to buy earplugs, so I can sleep, but after I had the earplugs. I enjoyed my night.
